Returns for Online Access Codes
You may return the Online Access Code for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date as long as the Access Code has not been registered. To request a refund please forward your Access Code fulfillment email to orders@connect4education.com. Please include your order number and request for a refund in the message. After we verify the Access Code has not been registered we will issue a refund and send an email confirmation verifying that credit has been issued. Please allow 2-5 business days for the credit to reflect on your account.
If your order is being billed or shipped to a Virginia address, you will automatically be billed the Sales Tax.
Shipping for OnMusic Appreciation 3rd Edition
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Please make sure you enter your email address correctly to receive an email confirmation. DVD for OnMusic Appreciation 3rd Edition will be shipped via First Class Mail the next business day after purchase.
