After I click the Submit button, I keep getting 'We're sorry! The information provided has been rejected for processing.' error message.

Please check the following:

  1. Please make sure you have choosen a unique Desired Login Name. For example, if you choose a common name like "John", most likely the login name "John" has already be chosen by another user. Try using a combination of letters and numbers for your Desired Login Name.
  2. The 14 digit Access Code you have submitted does not match our records or has already been used. Please make sure you have entered your serial number correctly.
  3. You may have successfully registered your Access Code. To check your registration, please click here.

If you continue to get this error message, please email us your Access Code and we can verify if it is valid.
