I am having trouble logging into the course, I've forgotten my Login Name and Password, or I continually get a Serf error message. What should I do?

• I cannot remember my Login Name and Password, how can I find it?
• I can't log in. I keep getting the message 'Serf does not recognize the name and password you entered. Please try again.' error.
• I'm not allowed to log in! Do I enter my name or the Login Name?

Go to www.connect4education.org and click Forgot Login and Password?

Carefully re-enter your current login name and password. If you do not remember your Login Name and Password, go to www.connect4education.org and click Forgot Login and Password?

I'm not allowed to log in! Do I enter my name or the Login Name?

Use the Login Name you chose when you submitted the Registration form with your Access Code. Do not use your full name unless that was your chosen Login Name.
