I keep getting an error message saying to make sure my browser's Cookies are turned on. My browser cookies are turned on. What do I do next?

The error message you are receiving is a Serf Security Check.

Serf Security Check
Serf has detected a possible security violation, due either to a long time lapse,
another user trying to access Serf from the same Internet IP address you are using,
or an invalid certificate. You need to log on to Serf again to get validated.
If you get this message repeatedly, make sure your browser's Cookies are turned on.

Repeated logouts due to Serf Security Checks is usually because of some type of firewall (security) setting on the computer. Your computer may have programs such as Norton Internet Security (Norton Firewall), ZoneAlarm, or any other firewall programs that is conflicting with our course.

We highly recommend you try Option 2 first. If Option 2 doesn't work, please try Option 1.

Option 1: You may want to try to disable your firewall program and see if that resolves your issue.

Option 2: Install FREE Netscape 7.2 browser. Using Netscape 7.2 usually gets around the Serf Security Check issue without having to disable your firewall.

1. Go to browser.netscape.com/ns8/download/archive72x.jsp
2. Under "Windows (Navigator Only)", click "Download Now!" button.

After you install this software, please use Netscape 7.2 to access the course.
