It is taking forever to download the music examples. It asks if I want to save or open it.

Don't download any music examples. If you are given the option to Save to disk, do NOT save it. You will need to install RealPlayer.

FREE REALPLAYER

1. Go to www.real.com
2. On the right hand side, click the orange button "Free Download."
3. Follow the download and installation instructions on this screen.
