My CD-ROM may be defective.

Check your CD-ROM.

1. Insert your CD-ROM disk into your CD-ROM Drive. Wait for 10 seconds.
2. Double-click My Computer icon on your desktop. You should see OSL as the name of the CD-ROM 1 disk.
   
3. If you think your CD is defective please email us. If we determine the CD is defective we will mail you a replacement CD. Replacement CDs will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and delivery time is typically 2-3 business days. If you need faster delivery we will make special arrangements for you for an additional cost.

You can get a replacement CD from us for $15 with shipping included. It will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and delivery time is typically 2-3 business days. Faster delivery is also available.
