I am stuck in a quiz/exam. I am not ready to take it and it keeps asking me to resume.
Once you are inside a quiz, mid-term, or final exam, you must finish it before the system will allow you to do anything else in the course. You have an option to contact your intructor and ask his/her permission to reset your quiz or exam. If he/she allows you to retake the test, your instructor can reset it or your instructor can contact us.
I need to access previous quizzes in the course. How do I access them?
The Detailed Index page allows you to access any portion of the course including all lectures, quizzes, written assignments, and exams.
- Launch Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to www.connect4education.org and login into your course.
- Scroll to the bottom of the course until you see the blue Course Navigation Control Panel. Under the Content column, click Detailed Index.
- Click any section you want to access.

Please contact your instructor about answers for your quiz. He/She can determine if you should receive credit for your answer. When you are reviewing your test, you can leave a comment in the comment box or you can email your instructor directly.
