Returns / Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can only be processed for unregistered and unused Access Codes purchased directly from Connect for Education.

Please provide your Order # or Access Code to the Orders Department so they can assist you.

We will not refund or provide an exchange for Access Codes purchased via a third-party vendor (i.e. Amazon, Chegg, eBay, etc.). You must contact the vendor you purchased your code from if you run into an issue with the code they sold you. These vendors are not authorized re-sellers of Connect for Education's Access Codes. You may be able to buy the Access Code you need from these websites, but you run the risk of possibly buying a used code. Only Connect for Education can determine if a code has been used or not.

If your campus bookstore is not selling the correct Access Codes, the campus bookstore will need to contact our Orders department. For OnMusic Rock Access Codes, the campus bookstore needs to contact the seller and distributor, McGraw-Hill.
